Joanne Knott, has had a lifelong love of music and teaching. In high school, she participated in several competitions and won an award with the National Piano Players Association. Throughout her college career, she was the accompanist for different choirs, instrumentalists, and soloists, and performed for several theater productions as well. While receiving her BA and teaching credentials at San Diego State University, she started up her own piano business with a clientele of 45 piano students and was a member of the Music Teachers Association of California. She also spent four years as accompanist to a professional violinist in San Diego with whom she recorded a CD, and is currently the accompanist for the Vero Beach Choral Society.
Joanne resides in Florida with her husband and children. She still enjoys teaching piano and playing for her church and choir.
