Making donations, sponsorships

We welcome your support.

Donations can be made online through either PayPal's secure server or when you purchase an online ticket to any performance. If you wish to mail a check, we encourage you to download a Donor Gift Designation Form which provides our address and other important information, including ways to make an on-going pledge in support of VBCS.

Donation & Sponsorship Opportunities

We regularly recognize donors, both businesses and individuals, who make generous gifts in support of VBCS' Performance and Scholarship Funds. Read about these designations below. If you wish to give a donation which can be used at our discretion for either Performance or Scholarship funding, use the following "Donate" button.

Performance Fund Donations

The non-profit 501(c)(3) VBCS depends on ticket revenues, sponsors and donations to cover all operating costs. The Performance Fund was created to provide resources to compensate artistic directors, concert musicians and help cover costs of facility rentals and operations.

Business Donations:
• Concert & Reception Underwriter - $6,000
• Reception Underwriter - $3,000.
• Performing Music Scholar Underwriter - $1,000.

Individual Donations
• Benefactors - $5,000+
• Producers - $2,500 to 4,999.
• Patrons - $1,000 to 2,499.
• Contributors - $500 to 999.
• Donors - $100 to 499.
• Friends = $50 to 99.

Music Scholarship Fund Donations

Established in 1997 to assist seniors graduating from Indian River County high schools. Each year, one or more scholarships totaling $4,000 each are awarded.

Business Sponsors
• Program Underwriter (three annually) $ 10,000+
• Vocal Memorial Scholarship $ 6,000+
• Instrumental Memorial Scholarship $ 6,000 +
• Sponsor Named Scholarship $ 5,000+

Individual Donations
• Platinum $ 2,000+
• Gold $ 1,000 to 1,999.
• Silver $ 500 to 999.
• Bronze $ 100 to 499.
• Ivory $ 50 to 99.

A note about donations...

The Vero Beach Choral Society, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that manages the Student Scholarship Endowment Fund and provides administrative services and funding for the Vero Beach Choral Society’s concert series.

The organization is run entirely by volunteers who depend upon financial support from the community to maintain an active scholarship program and the on-going availability of classical and contempory musical performances within the community. 100% of donations are applied to these end objectives. There is no paid staff. There are three avenues available for your participation:

• A donation to the Scholarship Endowment Fund to be applied to the annual $4000 scholarship award.

• Sponorship in full or in part of the unfunded portion of a concert, that is typically $10,000.

• A donation in any amount applied to the annual music and general administrative operating budget of $16,000.
