You can apply for a scholarship.

All eligible high school graduating seniors in Indian River County who are interested in pursuing a future through music education may apply for a scholarship with the Vero Beach Choral Society.

Applicants are invited to submit their applications and will be interviewed by a panel of music professionals, with performance auditions to follow where appropriate. The panel of judges will then decide the scholarship award.

Completed scholarship applications are available through school guidance counseling offices and can also be downloaded and printed through this website. The completed forms must then be sent as directed with the appropriate documentation to the address indicated on the form - to be received by March 15.

Applicants will be contacted about a date for applicant interviews and auditions. Individual schedules and accompanist needs will be respected. About twenty minutes will be allowed for each applicant on the appointed day.

While the announcement of the scholarship award is usually made at the recipient’s school award night, other applicants will be advised about their status by letter within a few weeks of their interviews.
